The Cabarrus Partnership for Children is a non-profit agency, organized in 1998 to plan and administer Smart Start programs in Cabarrus County.

education, child care and family support are available and accessible so that children enter kindergarten healthy and prepared to succeed in school

3 year old doing puzzle at LoganSince 2002, the Partnership has also administered More at Four, a state funded, pre-kindergarten program for 4-year-old children in collaboration with Kannapolis City Schools and Cabarrus County Schools. The mission of More at Four is to provide a high quality, language-based education program all day during the school year for children with risk factors for school failure.

From Salisbury

Take I-85 S toward Charlotte. Take the DALE EARNHARDT BLVD exit , EXIT 60 , toward COPPERFIELD BLVD . Turn RIGHT onto DALE EARNHARDT BLVD . Turn LEFT onto CONCORD LAKE RD/NC-3 . Drive about 1.6 miles and the Partnership will be on your left right before you to the Marathon gas station.
